The Owner makes this Website available to users in order to provide information about its services, particularly the eLEA longitudinal educational assessment platform, as well as to facilitate access to contracted services.

For any dispute arising from the existence, access, use or content of the Website, the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona, Spain, shall have jurisdiction, with the express waiver by the parties of any other jurisdiction that may apply.
